Induction Professional Solutions (IPS) is a division of extrutec GmbH, a global leader in industrial plant systems for the aluminum extrusion industry. On November 1, 2025 extrutec announced a significant expansion in the North American market. Through its subsidiary, extrutec North America, Inc., the company has acquired the assets of Induction Professionals, LLC, a highly respected provider of induction heating and melting equipment.
This acquisition led to the formation of a new company, Induction Professional Solutions (IPS). IPS will focus on providing advanced induction heating and melting systems. Building on the expertise and customer relationships of Induction Professionals, the new entity will also provide comprehensive service, repair, and upgrade solutions to customers across the region. Induction Professional Solutions (IPS) will operate as the North American counterpart to extrutec’s German subsidiary, TCT Induktionstechnik GmbH, leveraging a shared commitment to advanced induction technology and customer support.
