For immediate hire, we are seeking an Intermediate Industrial Mechanic and Technician with hands-on experience in manufacturing specialized products. This role offers the opportunity to further develop technical skills while working on advanced, engineered systems in a dynamic production environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execution of mechanical work including grinding, basic welding, brazing, burning, and heating
• Performing MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals in combination with brazing techniques
• Operating overhead cranes and fork trucks, including safe handling and positioning of materials
• Applying basic rigging techniques for lifting and positioning components
• Reading and interpreting detailed drawings and specifications
• Supporting fabrication tasks and contributing to assembly and support structures
• Preparing finished products for shipment
• Working on multiple projects simultaneously within the same timeframe
• Adapting and expanding current skills to complete projects from start to finish

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Hands-on experience in manufacturing specialized products
• Basic to solid skills in grinding, welding (MIG/TIG), brazing, burning, and heating processes
• Experience with overhead cranes and fork trucks (fork truck certification is a plus)
• Knowledge of basic rigging techniques for lifting and positioning
• Basic familiarity with electric induction heating and melting equipment is a plus
• Ability to read and understand detailed drawings and specifications
• Initial experience in fabrication and understanding of assemblies and support structures
• Strong willingness to learn and develop within a specialized technical environment
• Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
• Thorough understanding of personal protective equipment (PPE) and strict adherence to safety standards
• High awareness that safety is paramount, including consistent use of PPE for activities such as grinding, burning, and welding
