For immediate hire, we are seeking a motivated Industrial Mechanic and Technician Trainee who is eager to develop technical skills in a specialized manufacturing environment. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn and grow while working with advanced, engineered products.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting basic mechanical tasks including welding, brazing, burning, and heating
• Assisting with simple fabrication work and component preparation
• Gaining understanding of assemblies and support structures
• Learning to work with and support production of specialized industrial equipment
• Developing skills to contribute to projects from start to finish
• Preparing components and supporting the team in daily production activities

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Basic skills in welding, brazing, burning, and heating processes
• Initial fabrication abilities and understanding of mechanical components such as assemblies and support structures
• Basic familiarity with electric induction heating and melting equipment is a plus
• Strong willingness to learn and develop within a specialized technical field
• Motivation to grow and advance in working with engineered, manufactured, assembled, and repaired products
• Thorough understanding of personal protective equipment (PPE) and commitment to safety standards
